What is a fanlisting?
A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are), they are just a place where you can sign up with other fans.
A quick history of the Sugababes
Sugababes are an English/Irish girl group formed in 1998 in London. The group is Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan, and Siobhan Donaghy. Music manager Ron Tom recognized their individual talents could thrive as a group and put them together.

The group quickly gained attention and commercial success with their debut single, “Overload,” reaching the top ten of the UK Singles Chart. Their debut album, One Touch, followed at the end of 2000, showcasing their unique blend of R&B, pop, and soul. Following the release, Siobhan Donaghy left the group due to creative differences, replaced by former Atomic Kitten member Heidi Range.

This change marked the beginning of a series of lineup changes that would define the band’s evolution. In 2002, the group released their sophomore album, Angels with Dirty Faces, which produced hits such as “Freak Like Me,” “Round Round” and “Stronger.”

In 2003, the Sugababes’ third album, Three, featured one of their most iconic singles, “Hole in the Head,” written and produced by the Xenomania production team. The ballad “Too Lost in You” was featured in the movie, Love Actually. The group’s ability to reinvent itself and experiment with different musical styles has earned them a dedicated fan base and multiple awards, including the BRIT Awards and MTV Europe Music Awards.

Following the release of their fourth LP, Taller in More Ways, Mutya Buena left the group, and Amelle Berrabah joined, re-recording a handful of songs for a re-release of the album including singles “Red Dress” and “Follow Me Home.” This refreshed lineup went on to release the number-one album, Change. The album featured the group’s sixth number one single, “About You Now.”

Catfights and Spotlights followed in 2008 and has the distinction of being the group’s third lowest-charting and second lowest-selling album, but debuted at number 8 on the UK Albums chart. With its retro style and stripped back vocal production, it produced the singles “Girls” and “No Can Do.”

The group signed with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label in 2009. However, Keisha Buchanan’s controversial departure occurred in September 2009 during the run-up to the release of 2010’s Sweet 7. She was subsequently replaced by Jade Ewen. This album marked the first and only release that featured none of the original members. Jade would re-record vocals for a handful of songs, including the singles “About a Girl” and “Wear My Kiss.” The album received mixed reviews, becoming the group’s second-lowest charting album to date. After the release of Sweet 7, the group went on hiatus due to personal and professional reasons.

The original lineup reunited in 2011 as Mutya Keisha Siobhan, recording songs such as “Flatline” and others that would eventually become The Lost Tapes album in 2022. After reclaiming the rights to the Sugababes name in 2019, they released a cover of Sweet Female Attitude’s “Flowers.” 2020 marked the twentieth anniversary of their debut album, One Touch. The group released 2023’s “When the Rain Comes,” the first new material since The Lost Tapes.

Despite lineup changes and evolving musical styles, the Sugababes remain pop icons, influencing emerging artists and maintaining a strong fanbase. Their blend of emotive lyrics, catchy melodies, and harmonies paved the way for future girl groups and solidified their legacy in the music industry. The Sugababes are not just a musical group; they represent empowerment, resilience, and artistry in the ever-changing landscape of pop music, leaving an indelible mark on the genre.
